I recently had a "sort of" emergency situation where I needed an eye examination and new glasses urgently. I was put onto this store by a rival company because they couldn't help with a same day service. Appointment made, I arrived and the experience was amazing right from the get go! My technician was kind, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I recently had an eye examination here at the Optical Co Hyperdome. The optometrist, Edward, was extremely thorough, professional and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. All staff were friendly and helpful. I didnt feel rushed at all. Exceptional service! Thank you very much, Edward and Michael.

I walk in and I’m greeted with “Hi Steph” you won’t get that at Spec Savers. This may be a small business but the range is vast and there is something for everyone. My optometrist looks further into my history than just my eyes, he looks at what medications I’m on and how it affects my eyes. I have told my parents they MUST use this business. I think you should too.
