I had a wonderful experience at Lensmatic Optical at The Centre Mall. The store had a great selection of frames and was very clean and welcoming. A big thank you to Aarif, who assisted me throughout the process—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Great service and staff.
Do NOT get your eye exam here. To be fair, the staff at the desk were nice and helpful. The optometrist though, was careless and dismissive. My vision is not bad at all but I do have very apparent astigmatism (lights refract and appear blurry to me, especially at night). I clearly told him about the astigmatism and he dismissed it outright, not even allowing it to be fixed with the prescription he gave me. Get your glasses here, sure. However, go somewhere else for your exam that has an optometrist that cares enough to help ... read more
