He's been my eye specialist for over a year now. I am extremely pleased with him. His office staff is also amazing.It's a welcomed environment walking into the office and then meeting the Doctor.I am so glad I've chosen Lenser 's office located on Coffee Road, Modesto, CAKeep up the excellent work

I am a new patient of Dr. Lenser and recently had cataract surgery with a lense replacement. My first impression of the doctor at his office was that he seemed rather impersonal. However, after getting to know him before the procedure and especially afterwards at my follow up exam, I see the warmer, friendlier side. I'm impressed with his skills in the O.R. and his ability to perform 20 or more surgeries in one day. I'll be having my other eye operated on in a week and wouldn't want anyone else but him to handle the surgery ... read more

During my visit to my retina specialist I mentioned some blurriness to the vision in my left eye. He stated that there was a cataract in my left eye, and referred me to Dr. Lenser. At the examination by Dr. Lenser, he confirmed that the cataract was enough of a blockage to my vision to warrant remedial action. He took me to his laser room, and quickly manipulated the laser and disintegrated the cataract. The whole procedure was painless, and the results were excellent. I would never refer anyone to this office. They want there money up front. When I first went in they wanted 160. Which I paid, but when I found out that he was a MD, my insurance pays 100 % of my medical bill. So I’m still trying to get my money back. Had a 3 way call with my insurance, myself and his manager. Which she wouldn’t give her name and she hung up on us. It appears that something is wrong here. And when I go in the Manger is never there.???????? First appt, paid 160. Which I should not of paid since he is a MD. My insurances cover 100% of my medical bills. When I wert in a second time to get my eyes measured they wanted another 358, that when I found out he was an MD and not just an eye Dr. So when I found that out I said between my 2 insurance I never pay anything. So I paid. Then went to my car called my insurance and they informed me I should not pay anything. Went back into the office and demanded a refund, which they were not going to do. I am very unhappy with the care from Dr. Lenser, whom I have been seeing for six years. You always have to wait at least an hour and a half to be seen, and then he does not explain his diagnosis. Also, his office staff is incompetent. To top it off, I called his office to ask for a referral to another ophthalmologist in order to get an appointment with that office, and he refused to give me a referral. My eyes could be pouring blood before I would go back to that office again!

Appointments are rushed and it seems this office is all about the money . If you look like you don’t have money , you wont be treated fairly . You’ll be charged $50 for a missed appointment even if you call and notify them you have Covid .

I was in Restore for no longer than 15 minutes and came out to a tow truck loading my Yukon onto his truck. My daughter was so frightened, She wouldn’t stop crying in the parking lot. When I pulled into the parking lot there was not a parking spot big enough for my vehicle. I had to pay $110.00 to the tow driver to drop my truck. It’s sad that I had to pay 110.00 for a 15-minute parking. I hope Dr. Brian Lenser is proud of himself for taking food from my table to pay for my truck not to be tow

I do not know what kind of a doctor you are? I do know one thing. Do not I repeat, do not park at 3109 coffee road. If your not a patient there. Unfortunately for my wife, she did. Our car was towed and it cost us 295.00 dollars to get our car back. Its unfortunate that this had to happen but, our doctors office cannot supply enough parking. Currently looking for another dentist. Lastly I would like to say. Be kind to others > You'll never know when you might need it!!
