Dear LensCrafters, I just wanted to let you know that your Northbrook Court IL shop mgmt is really sucked, they may need some serious customer handling training, we ordered glasses for the whole family and we don't have a very good experience, my glasses came back wrong because doctor onsite gave me wrong prescription then now my glasses went for remake and when I'm calling to followup I'm getting a very rude shop manager and I'm still not getting any right answer or pickup date she says she will call me when she has time !!... read more
