Chris was great! Stopped in because my screw fell out of my eyeglasses. He was friendly, kind, and super fast!
Mario and Chris are amazing! They are so helpful and kind. They made the eyeglass frame shopping experience so pleasant and fun. I will definitely be back!
I cannot recommend LensCrafters at Macy's highly enough. I needed my reading glasses repaired after damaging one of the arms. The store manager Mario Macagba spent 30 minutes repairing my glasses (which were not purcjased from his store) rather than trying to sell me a new set. It was a difficult job but he would not let it beat him. To top it all off, he did not charge me. It is a service he provides. Excellent outcome for me and he was happy to do it.
Amazing service and great help! Christopher was humorous and went above and beyond also helped with every question I had professionally and even adjusted my glasses. Best Lens Crafters by far and I ain’t even exaggerating. Must come to these guys and will be coming here from now on!!
