Patricia was amazing is picking out glasses for me as I absolutely horrible at it. And the optometrist was amazing as well. She did a very thorough exam and found possible pre diabetes in my right eye.
Went there mid July for the first time to use my insurance. Customer service started out well. I notice Patricia was very assertive with her sales tactics and was not transparent in discussing the progressive lens options that I know would be best for me. It's like she just chose the most expensive lens option to meet sales quota saying its the best of the best so I trusted her. My wife and I had a great experience at Dr. Bharj’s practice at LensCrafters. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. 5 thumbs down. After purchasing my eyeglasses they charged me for adjustments. I never heard of an optical center where the adjustments were not included. I paid $800 for glasses and another $150 for adjustments
