Had a terrible experience here. Staff was very unclear regarding how much to charge for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. I was spoken to very rudely by Dr. Bharj when I tried to ask what the charges were for and after having to raise my voice, I was given an $80 refund. I was going to post a 1 star review but she emailed me to give me a free pair of contacts to repair the relationship which I thought was very nice so I didn’t initially write anything on Google. John over there is just amazing. He has excellent knowledge, very kind and helpful and would totally recommend this place because of the way he treats customers. Very thankful for people like John. I’ve been to other LC (another one in Newport mall), and they don’t help you in fixing your glasses, are rude & not interested.
Patricia was incredibly helpful and attentive during my visit to LensCrafters. She took the time to answer all my questions, made GREAT recommendations, and ensured I found the perfect pair of glasses. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
