Did a pickup for some glasses today. Process was smooth and staff is friendly.
I like the customer service that they gave me. Maryl was a big help at picking my glasses.
Overall, it was a good experience. Employees were kind and helpful. This was my first time buying vision glasses, so there was a lot that I didn't know about frames and lenses. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is simply because I felt that employees at other stores were more informative and helped me more in understanding the differences between certain lenses and frame sizes.
