I will preface this by saying that the sale took over an hour due to the online order system being unavailable. But, the three customer service women were terrific. There was not a thing they could do about the delay except apologize for something entirely out of their control but they kept their sense of humor, made the time pass as quickly as they could, and we shared lots of laughs about working in retail and customers we would like to forget. Had a great experience here today! I'm upset I didn't get the names of the two ladies helping me, but I we had good conversation and I found my sunglasses! Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Will definitely be coming back again (not just to pick up my glasses haha). Highly recommend. What a great experience! Oh and they even fixed my glasses that had a stripped screw for free. I was about to buy them again!
Casey and Sid were very helpful and helped fix my glasses from falling off my face!
