Tara and her co-team member were excellent, highly recommended. Tara made sure I was able to get a the eye exam with Catherine before the end of year. I was very impressed with the exam process and they made the perfect pair of glasses come together. Thank you so much.
I will preface this by saying that the sale took over an hour due to the online order system being unavailable. But, the three customer service women were terrific. There was not a thing they could do about the delay except apologize for something entirely out of their control but they kept their sense of humor, made the time pass as quickly as they could, and we shared lots of laughs about working in retail and customers we would like to forget.
