I had a great experience having my glasses tightened at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back here again.
Alex was my hero. He fixed my glasses in 3 minutes as he knew I had a time constraint. AMAZING customer service and amazing skill at fixing my glasses!
Booking an eye exam here, it was a quick and easy process and experience. I booked online and showed up on time. They were ready for me right away. The exam took about 8 minutes. Then the doctor met with me for another 8 minutes. I was out of there under 30 minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Street parking is nearby or you can take the Metro.
Bryan did amazingly. I came in there for a broken leg and he completely readjusted my glasses I mean they feel freaking brand spanking new.
