Mamie has been the best! Extremely kind and patient! I have been in there plenty of times because I just can’t make my mind up! But she and the whole team there know how to help and make a customer happy!! Always come here for my glasses. Best customer service!
The entire staff at the Lexington Macy's Lenscrafters, from the front desk staff who handled my appointment and my new glasses frame selection to the doctor who performed my eye exam, could not have been more friendly, competent, and helpful.
I went in with an issue with the lenses I purchased about three months ago. The on duty manager (Mamie) went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and came up with a great and kind resolution.
i went in to get my glasses adjusted. i think her name is Ms.Marrie, she was super helpful and amazing at multitasking!
Paula has taken care of me virtually three nights in a row with adjusting my glasses, she’s very kind, understanding, and progressional, and will take care of you. Will be coming back to this specific lenscrafters to ideally see her for all my needs. Thanks again Paula :)
