I’ve been getting my glasses at Lens Crafters since 2017 and this one in Santa Ana MainPlace Mall is the best location. Jose, the manager, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They greet everyone with smile on their faces and they take time in providing information to their customers. Excellent customer service!
Every one is so friendly and helpful. The doctor was nice and explained the process. Both Jose and Stephany explained what insurance cover and what I had to pay out of pocket. They were both soo helpful.
