Ms.Brooke was an excellent help! I brought my 1997 pair of Cartier Mayfairs in due to accidentally popping the lense out and she helped tremendously!!!
I had an appointment scheduled for two weeks to get my eyes checked and they waited till the day before to verify my insurance (VSP which they are in network with) and then let me know I needed to reschedule because Dr. Moses would not be there the day of my appointment. So unprofessional.

The screw came out my wayfarers. I walked in and was politely greeted by three employees. One employee noticed my issue right away, grab my sunglasses and said I’ll be back in a few minutes. 3-4 minutes later, she came out cleaning the glasses and said you’re all set. I asked what I owed, and she declined payment. Excellent experience.
