Anna and Reece were amazing! It’s so refreshing to work with people who truly care about you. I tried on almost every pair of glasses in the store and they were so helpful in helping me pick the final pair. Anna is so experienced, professional and friendly. I feel like I hit the jackpot! This store located on the 3rd floor of Macy’s in the Fashion Valley Mall was offering 50% off lenses and I walked out with new glasses, sunglasses and contacts! Great job guys!
I had a great experience with Anna at Lens Crafters in Macys Up on the third floor. My glasses were too big for my face and she took time and explaining the reason why the fit was off and made sure I left with perfectly fit glasses. I will be back you’ve got a gem with her as an employee!
