Great service! Went in to get tilted eyeglasses fixed and optometrist did a wonderful job. She checked the screws and cleaned it up too. :)
It’s not the easiest place to find (3rd Floor in Macy’s) but I promise you the service is worth the journey. Anna is an absolute wizard fixing two $300+ pairs of glasses I was prepared to ditch and re-buy. She kept me entertained with laughs, helpful tips for caring for my glasses, and even helped two other customers all while her hands continued doing CPR on my shades. Will definitely be back - world class opticians!
I walked in today to get my glasses adjusted. They weren’t sitting on my face properly. Anne has been working there for a little while and she is the reason I go back. When I picked up my glasses, she was not working. I made an appointment with her and now my glasses are perfect. Thank you Anne.
