I’m so grateful to Leo for his amazing help with my glasses! One of the screws had fallen out and the color on the frame was starting to fade. Leo not only replaced the missing screw quickly and professionally, but he also touched up the color and made my glasses look almost brand new again. I came in to LensCrafters to get my glasses tightened because they were falling off my face. At first I couldn’t find the store. Come to find out it’s on the Third Floor in Macys. The women were very friendly and helpful.
