LensCrafters at Macy's sold me Meta glasses with prescription assuring that they are in network providers and know that the glasses are covered under the vision plan. Later insurance denied the claim saying its not covered and the provider didnt accept that they misguided the customer.
Aiden Genova did an AWESOME job of helping me find my PERFECT new glasses at the Bellevue Macy’s store! I was in a big panic as I have been traveling A LOT and I broke two pairs of glasses…UGH! I was wearing 5 year old glasses that were giving me a headache! Aiden came to the rescue, and helped me pick out a new pair of Burberry glasses that are FABULOUS. Do not let Aiden leave LensCrafters…he is a total asset to your team! Cheers! -Janet
