Worst Lenscrafters ever. The staff and the Dr were rude. Went there multiple times and they were consistently rude every single time. There was only one attendant who’s nice. They deformed the Dior frame that I brought that’s why i had to go back and forth at least 4x so i can at least use it. The first technician said that something was missing in the frame that’s why it wouldn’t fit anymore. They even gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts. Waste of time, energy, and money

Junie and Gina were very kind and helpful. Overall the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I never felt rushed even though I did take a while to pick out my glasses… LOLL!!

Ordered replacement lenses through EPP, was never contacted when it was ready, when I called and was told it was ready. There was no lab tech to cut the lenses when I arrived and I was told I’d have to come back another day, and provide my only pair of glasses and wait 30 minutes for them to cut the lenses. Never had to deal with that at other locations before including lens replacements earlier this year in the same manner at other locations
