Jackie and Nathan were amazing! I went in with my pair of glasses which had a lens pop out and they were able to put them back in and seal the broken plastic ring around the lens in under 15m. Highly recommended!
I stopped by LensCrafters to get my glasses updated and it went smoothly.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with LensCrafters. During my eye exam, they completely failed to identify that I needed progressive lenses. After getting my glasses, I quickly realized something was off and had to go back to have them remade. The second time around wasn’t any better—they measured incorrectly, and when I picked them up, everything was still blurry.
