LensCrafters makes buying prescription glasses easy and affordable . The staff are very helpful and they offer lots of fashionable frames.
I went in today to get my new glasses readjusted and the girl scratched my lenses with the pilers while messing with the nose pads. I told her that it wasn't there before. She went silent and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to the original location of where I got my lenses to get a replacement. Completely incompetent staff and took no responsibility at all
