This location has a great new doctor! I've been in a couple times within the last few weeks and everyone has been friendly and polite.
Went in on Wednesday, day before payday. Picked frames and lenses. Next day went back to pay. Hour and a half later I was on my way with perfect vision and perfect frames. All for exactly $99, as promised. Couldn't hope for more. Expectations met by all measures.
Very nasty. The store clerk named Rosalind, is very nasty and got my order wrong. She never apologized. The noblesville office is much more friendly and I will be going there instead.
The staff was not very friendly. Won't go back to the Muncie location. The Noblesville Town Center store is much more friendly I will be going back there.
Very disappointed to go to the mall on Sunday and find that the hours were not what are advertised on the web site. They don't actually open until noon on Sundays.
