I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. Fakhra gave exceptional help and made the whole process easy and comfortable. She guided the me very well and did a great adjustment on the glasses. She was kind, professional, and very attentive. I truly appreciate her outstanding service.

I visited this location on the afternoon of 11/30/25 and found a pair of frames I liked. I was told they were not part of the Black Friday sale due to the brand, even though nothing posted indicated that this brand was excluded. They quoted me a total of over $1,100 with lenses. The whole experience left me feeling like they were trying to rip me off just to secure an in-person sale. I went home and purchased the exact same items online for less than $500 on LensCrafters.com—where the frames were included in the sale!
