I had a very disappointing experience at this LensCrafters location. The customer service was well below expectations. The staff came across as unapproachable and dismissive, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. When I was trying on glasses, I was rushed through the process rather than given the time and support needed to make a proper decision. Timothy was very helpful in my purchase of my Versace eyeglasses. He was very knowledgeable about everything regarding anti-reflective the anti-blue. It was a quick and easy purchase.
