Excellent
It was a disappointing experience for us! We took a day off for this eye exam. My mom had an appointment there today, we opted for our usual location but for some reason it went to this location. We tried calling but the number on site was not working, the lady from the other store we went at was kind enough to help and was able to get a hold of them. We were not that far from that location , it was just on the other street. We were told we can still come in; we got there 15 mins later than the appointment. How inconsiderate... read more
Lenscrafters downtown Walnut Creek is fantastic. Wonderful Optometrist. Will is an excellent technician, both on the clinical side and the retail end. I would insist on Will, I have had less than stellar assistance from other staff on the retail side.
I looked everywhere and this was the best place that had the most selection of great frames. Worked with Will at the Walnut Creek branch who went out of his way to help me with a problem I had with my glasses. Loved the customer service and cheery attitude!
