Very strange 1st experience with this LensCrafters Walnut Creek location. Be careful and make sure you know your insurance coverages beforehand . They 100% TRIED TO SCAM ME by charging me 4X what I was supposed to pay. Made it look like they are applying the insurance and discounts but it’s all BS. The person even purposely entered my cell number and email address off by one digit so that I couldn’t analyze the reciept. He told me he would email it when I asked for the reciept after paying and of course I never got anything.... read more
Very nice well stocked store with lots of brands and models to choose from. Gabby tightened my current lenses and gave me an honest assessment of my glasses without pushing for a hard sell.
I went to LensCrafters with a new prescription for lenses. The wait for service was very short and the employee who took care of me was very helpful.
I don’t normally write reviews, but Jeylen absolutely deserves to be recognized. This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’m writing to complain about an extremely disappointing experience at your Berkeley location on Saturday. I arrived right when the store opened after driving approximately 40 minutes specifically to have my frames adjusted, and there were no other customers in the store. Gabby looked at my frames and told me she could not adjust them until the technicians arrived later.
