My son broke his classes at school and the two gentlemen were extremely helpful with getting my son’s glasses fixed in a timely manner. They were very professional and instead of having to wait weeks for new glasses, the fixed them on the spot (lost screw)
I had such a great experience at this store. A day gone wrong was made so much better with Ian. He showed me some great styles and his suggestions landed me on my pair. My insurance covered 99% on designer frames and 20% off any extra cost. Ian was so funny and personable I'm at the dentist now and still smiling.
Ian was genuinely helpful and the store offers great customer service.
Today I went in to get my Meta glasses replaced under warranty and the associate Paul was extremely helpful, I recommend this Tulsa hold location to anyone top notch service and again thank you Paul for all your help
