Friendly staff who were very quick to help me once I was out of the optometrist's office. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful when I was picking out a frame.
Customer service was lovely and helpful. They helped me get the best price for my lenses that they could.
Karla is the most awesome, funny, and coolest person at lens crafters. Also taught me Spanish lol.
Friendly staff and good service. They changed my nose pads and one of my temple tips on my glasses for free. My glasses are good as new and should last me for another while, thank you LensCrafters :)
I have gotten my children’s glasses from here for years and have never had an issue until now. My daughter’s glasses still are not ready and on Thursday it will be a month since we ordered them. I have called and gone into the store in person to see what is going on with her glasses( it has never taken this long before) and there is a new girl who is very rude and really needs some direction on good customer service! I spend anywhere from $1200 to $1500/ year here and am seriously contemplating going elsewhere from now on .
