Good location, cool variety in frames. Helpful staff short wait times
Met with Charlene today for an adjustment. She was super helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Didn't have to wait very long, and she fixed my glasses so quick. Will definitely be back
The Staff was very helpful and friendly. I got a replacement frame for my old glasses and they put the old lenses in the new frame.
The lady who attended me on the day of my purchase was overbearing, haughty and did not provide me with good service. I found out that he speaks Spanish (my native language) and I thought that would make the service better and on the contrary it made my experience even more uncomfortable because his way of serving me was very rude, instead of using this tool as an advantage to connect with the customer it becomes the opposite.
