Great customer service. My glasses were past warranty and they repaired two pairs for me.
Great customer service! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted and was immediately referred to the optician for expert treatment. Even when the store was very busy, staff took the time to stop and welcome me in and ask how they could help. They handled my request efficiently even though I wasn’t making a purchase! Above and beyond for sure. 👍🏻
