I came here last week. I did my eye exam with an optometrist located at the off next to this LensCrafters. After my appointment I spent some time looking at glasses and prescription sunglasses. A gentleman named Ale assisted me. He was very passionate about his work. He showed me many different options. I felt iffy about the frame I selected but let me know about the 30 day guaranty. Afterwards he spent time explaining the different lens options to ensure my new eyewear is perfect. Thank you, Ale!
I have dealt with Lenscrafters for many decades. Over those years I have 'always' come away feeling well served and fairly dealt with. I've never felt pressured and have come to rely on their, honest, willingness to fully explain their products and services. Just great people working for a well managed fair company.
Went in to get my glasses fixed. Natalia was very sweet and helpful. She fixed my glasses in less than 5 minutes and free of charge. Amazing service!
I just love the Prada and Versace eyewear line . Ale was a great help and the whole shopping experience was a lot of fun 🤓
