Michelle and Shoreh were so helpful with my daughter. She had a new prescription and they took their time to help her pick a new frame. We have been comming to this store for years and all of the staff are great. If I could give more stars I would.

Every time we visit we are well taken care of. The staff allow you the time to look at your options without pressure. Once you are ready with your favourite frames they take care of you and answer any questions that you may have in a timely fashion. We are always in and out in great time and have a wonderful experience. While we usually deal with Rav … all staff are fantastic as well.
I had a great experience at this LensCrafters Upper Canada Mall location. Natalya helped me pick the perfect frame and offered a great price. Highly recommend!
