It was very disappointing. I will never go back. Jody, the sales person, was very rude and shut me down every time I tried to voice my concerns or offer a solution. She made me feel stupid and belittled. She was not professional at all. I find the Cambridge LensCrafters much more polite and friendly.
Franklin adjusted my glasses and replaced my nose pads for free!
The staff here was incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive! Everyone had such a cheerful attitude, which made the whole experience fantastic. A special shoutout to Jody and Brett for going above and beyond—thank you both for the amazing care!
