We worked with separate ladies that all went above and beyond to help my husband and I book our exam appointments, make informed decisions about what eyeglasses and lenses, and then measure our face/ eyes to ensure the best fit. I’m very disappointed to find out that Lens Crafters are closing many of their in-store labs. It makes the service fast and it was a signature of the stores.
