I was very pleased and satisfied with my visit recently , Carolina helped me today with adjusting my glasses a bit tighter to my liking. And also helped with some of my questions regarding what sunglasses are best suitable for me and showed me a variety of nice selections although I didn’t purchase any sunglasses at the moment I will definitely be coming back to LensCrafters you guys have a great selection thank you for your help.

Came in one day and Caroline helped me out with my glasses. She adjusted them and fixed them up perfectly, and was super friendly and helpful the whole time. Really appreciated her taking the time to make sure they fit right. Great customer service
I want to Lenscrafters at Delta shore yesterday to have my glasses adjusted. I was on 2 crutches and a cast boot for a left ankle fracture surgery. The cashier was incredibly rude and had me standing at the front desk for my glasses to be adjusted. The other individuals that work there have you sit down. Carolina failed to even look to see where my prescription was on the glasses & didn't clean the lenses. The glasses were not adjusted correctly.
