Got some Meta glasses for Christmas and went to LensCrafters to get prescription lenses on them. The assistant manager Lan was very helpful and I was able to get my lenses ordered in no time!
This was my first time at this location @ 15166 Goldenwest St in Westminster, CA. Everybody there was so nice, friendly, and professional. Their (over and above) customer service was more than great! The consultant Mai was very attentive, honest, and helpful with helping me pick out my frames and fitting me for my new glasses. She took very good care of me. I’ve been coming to LensCrafters for years now for a reason. Simply put, the quality of the glasses and the accompanying customer service is second to none. With only a week left in the year and my insurance benefit about to expire, I stopped by the Westminster store where I’ve previously purchased three pairs.
