RecommendedWow where to even begin. After becoming frustrated with Shopko because I had appointments for all of my kids plus my husband and I. We showed up Shopko informed us they didn’t see kids . I ended up calling lens crafters who were happy to see kids . The doctor and staff were incredible ! So friendly and helped me with the chaos of bringing 3 kids under the age of 5:)! We will be back and my husband and I will be switching ! Absolutely can’t thank them enough !
I had something happen to my right eye yesterday afternoon, that affected my vision. I called them today, and they got me in within 20 minutes. Dr. Hayes did a full exam, and thankfully, I did not have a damaged or detached retina. It's serious, but likely will not result in any blindness. Dr. Hayes is a sweetheart, great chairside manner. He made me feel so much better. Great employees...prompt, friendly, great customer service. I will definitely be getting my new glasses here.
Everyone (sales floor) at this location was so nice, they really welcome U & make U feel comfortable! Great atmosphere, attitude, help & service!! My hubby & furbaby were extremely happy & we all had a great experience!!!! Thank U everyone!!! Greetings from Dex!!!
Could not be more pleased with the service I got when I went in to see the girls at Lense Crafters. Thanks to the owner for everything she did to make it as painless as possible.. Tinted gives them 5 stars
Absolute the worst place. The lady was rude when I made the appointment, waited one week for my eye exam. Showed up in time for my exam but was pushed aside for 30 min. I left and took my business to Walmart.
