Don’t go here after six pm on a weeknight the place is horribly understaffed, two guys waiting on people and answering phones the disappearing into the back. Was told to have a seat we will be with you shortly over a half an hour later I decided to walk out and spend my 500.00 elsewhere. Very poorly run business.
I would pick zero stars if I could. Ordered $1300 in glasses for my daughters 10 days ago. Was told 4 days ago they were shipped and would be in within 2 days. Now the sales person on the phone had to look for 35 minutes to find the order in the system after much tap tap tapping on the computer screen. But he cannot say if they were definitely even ordered and if they were, where they are. So basically $1300 and no one knows where the glasses are. And they have our Oakley sunglasses frames as well (to replace lenses). Wow. I... read more
Waited for ages for our appointment, no body bothered to tell us they were running late, and after an hour asked us if we wanted to reschedule?!?!
