The staff are all attentive and professional. I felt very well served. I had a pair of glasses that needed a screw that I didn’t buy here (although I have gotten glasses here before)
Ive been going here for many years, everyone’s always made me feel welcomed and cared for! Their customer service is phenomenal! Will have to purchase some new glasses soon… I know where I’ll be going :) edit: I went to fix my glasses and didn’t have my care credit card and was referred to another store to get them fixed sooner, very helpful! I love how they try their best to find a solution and reduce the wait time!
