Ive been going here for many years, everyone’s always made me feel welcomed and cared for! Their customer service is phenomenal! Will have to purchase some new glasses soon… I know where I’ll be going :) edit: I went to fix my glasses and didn’t have my care credit card and was referred to another store to get them fixed sooner, very helpful! I love how they try their best to find a solution and reduce the wait time!

Denise was absolutely amazing ! Very professional yet fun. She was also very knowledgeable about the entire process, from the fitting, to the types of lenses and why. She informed me about the warranty program as well. Which is a no brainer…get it. Denise was very patient with all my questions and answered all of them very thoroughly. She made buying glasses for the first time fun. Thank you !
Went to LensCrafters for some new Oakley glasses. The selection was great, and the customer service was fantastic. Denise took care of us and answered all of our questions. She even tightened up my wife’s glasses free of charge. Thank you!
