Excellent service at this Escondido, CA location. I have used this particular location for many years. Today I needed help ordering a new prescription for an old pair of glasses. Luke assisted me in taking my measurements and pricing the new prescription using my AAA membership for some discount on the overall cost. I have always been pleased with all of the services that I have received at this Escondido location. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
I had a great experience there with the doctor she explained everything clearly. Katie has amazing customer service! I definitely recommend coming here.
Lori was the sweetest human! She helped me feel sure about a frame that was on the fence about getting and she was just a positive and very lovely person! I usually don’t find myself at LensCrafters a lot but if I do I’ll be going back to this one in the future!
