Well, they look like they have up to date equipment, and the personal was very friendly, but I had to take my glasses back the next morning. My eyes felt like they were shifting to focus. The sale associate, told me to give it a week. But my Walmart Glasses, were spotted on. No do over. I think they need to take a little better time in following the Doctors prescription when putting it all together.
Every time we've been there the staff has been exceptional.
It took the store 3 weeks to get my news lens in. I was told at the time it would be 7-10 days. If my wife had not called asking about my news lens it might have taken longer to get in. When they did get received I was never told. I had to call and ask it they where in. I was told they where in and had been for a day. When I came in to get my lens put in was not treated very nicely. Been going there for 16 yrs and have always received the best customer service in the Eyewear market. Excellent Quality and Service, Premium Designer products and a awesome selection of frames. You can't get that anywhere else
