Recommendedmy husband and I got glasses . the employees were so very nice. we love the glasses they were perfect for us. I have been to a few different places we had the best experience at this place. with insurance they did not cost to much.
Took 2 weeks for husbands glasses to come in. When came in for fitting he told Connie, Assistant Manager they were not right everything was blurry. She got rude and would not fit them properly or listen to him and said to come back in a couple of days if not better. We went back out there a couple hours later and Larissa figured out they had not been measured right and the lenses were all wrong. Said would be in a week from then. just called and they just shipped out today and now might be in next week. Dont go there.
Where in the hell did Y'all come up with a $2.14 charge for a disposable mask to walk across your imaginary line to walk into your business? Smh... I've spent tons of money over the years at your business. I will go elsewhere over this. the tall black fella in the white lab jacket needs a class in moral ethics too. I returned my glasses due to them just being too uncomfortable. Pretty sure they were just too big. I pad cash for my copay and was told I’d have to get a check from corporate. That was a month ago. I’ve called twice this week to check on this and each time was told they were busy with a customer. First person said she’d call me back. Second person said he couldn’t help me, after I told him I was already told I’d be called back and wasn’t. He said I’d have to wait and call manager and she wouldn’t be back in until tomorrow. ... read more
I couldn't see out of the glasses from there. When I took them back they thought it was wrong lens got them replaced with a pair I can't see out of . Heading to Eyeglass world to now pay out of pocket
The 2 ladies at the desk, were not friendly- and one of these ladies kept tapping VERY HARD ON THE DESK MY INSURANCE CARD - like she was frustrated on waiting on her computer 🤦🏽♀️. Still it was rude
Been 4 weeks and still no glasses!! Out of lens!!! REALLY ??????? JUST GET RUN AROUND 4TH TIME CALLED......HORRIBLE PLACE, NEVER AGAIN!!!
