Terrible service. We went in, prepared to buy several frames we already picked out. We sat down with the younger guy with glasses (not sure of his name because he never introduced himself). I give him my info, he begins to pull me up and then asks to answer the phone. We initially appreciated his asking permission.. until he spent about ten minutes on the phone.
