Really good experience. Best place to buy glasses. I bought Oakley meta glasses here and my experience was incredible. Specially with the staff are very friendly, kind and respectful. Dereck helped me the whole time I was there and made my experience much better. Definitely gonna shop again.
Sad, I’ve visited in the past for adjustments and had good things to say. During my most recent visit I had asked about their current sales for some frames I had liked. Long story short they tried to upsell me on a membership. Is this what the world has come to now? Credit cards or memberships for every store to sell! Even in healthcare! And no, I do not want to make an account or give you my information for a quote! Why can’t folks just walk in without being dragged into such things? Can these corporations just stop!?
I accidentally sat on my glasses and both lenses popped out and bent one nosepiece pretty good. I gathered everything up and took the glasses to Lenscrafters on Pine Lake. I'm sorry I forgot the gentleman's name. He took a good look at them and said he thought he could do something with them. After 10 minutes he came back and I was so impressed. Everything as straight and adjusted properly. Thank you so much for helping me out so quickly and saving me from buying a new pair.
