this place is horrible to get your glasses don't make the mistake when I picked up my glasses prescription is wrong a doctor told me to go ahead and wear them I would get used to them I have my driver's test taken and I got a 20/40 and I've always had 20/20 with my corrected lenses and now I'm trying to use my what would I call it my one year eyewear protection plan where they charge you more for the same thing they're horrible do not again please do not shop there you'll hate it

Very helpful staff, Trenton went above and beyond to help me both days to make sure I was making the right choice in frames, yes ... it took me 2 days. He went through every aspect thoroughly and professionally and even expedited my glasses because I am not supposed to wear contacts for awhile. Dr. Dana was very thorough and went over all her findings and went above and beyond to explain how my Sjorgen's syndrome and everyday factors were affecting my eyes and what changes I could make to help remedy the prognosis. I have been a long time client of LensCrafters. I have only used their contact services, so I recommend them to my husband. I have never been so ashamed of any recommendation as I have if this one. Horrible customer service. They won’t work with you on anything they consider outside of their black and white scope. No helping their customers, no making them feel like they care, other then to get your hard earned money. I am thoroughly disgusted.
