Dr. Collins is amazing! While travelling I lost my last pair of contacts and stumbled into the store hoping that she could help me. After over an hour of phone calls and computer searches, no one could find my prescription or verify it was current because apparently my store back home wasn't on the same patient tracking system. But Dr. Collins and her staff didn't give up. Dr. Collins and her staff are wonderful! I have been using them for 3 years now and started taking my daughter who is nine last year. This year we made the decision to get contacts for her. The staff and the doctor were wonderful about being patient and kind while she learned with putting them in. They let her come back 3 times to learn until she got it :-)
