My wife's glasses needed to be repaired following a fall. We visited the LensCrafters location at the Main Place in Santa Ana, and we asked if they repaired glasses. We were pleased when they said that they did. We showed them what needed to be done, and when we asked the price, they replied, "No charge." We asked, "Free!?! Even thought we did not purchase them here?" "Free," they replied. They told us it would be about 20 minutes.
