I've gone to this Lenscrafters twice. The last visit was April 18th for an adjustment on a pair of sunglasses. I was waited on rather promptly. There were two other customers there & only two staff to wait on them so I had a few minutes of wait time but it was not a long wait. Nelson waited on me and was just wonderful. Very polite young man and really took the time to see that the fit was better and that I was happy with them. First time visiting Lens Crafters and had a wonderful experience and all the staff was very caring and all had great personalities, respectful and helpful and will come back again
I was told there is no wait for an exam. I’ve had to wait for 40 minutes.
