the "doctor" showed me three slides and the letters were never fully clear and he wrote me a script. I told him I had never been below a -2.00 and I've never had the same script for each eye. he told me sometimes things change and I need to trust him. I took the contacts home and popped them in the next day before work, I had to pull over and take them out and put my glasses back on cause I could not read the road signs. I didn’t want to buy a full box of contacts they refused to give me a pair to hold me over for a month. I asked for a copy of my prescription and they refused to give it to me with some used car salesman tactics.

I went to get a pair of glasses last month and I had a great experience! Miranda helped me and she was awesome! She has a great personality and is super helpful. She let me browse and try on and answered any questions I had. She was a great sales person and didn’t hurry me at all. I can be very picky and indecisive! Ordering and insurance was a breeze. My glasses came in quickly and I’m very happy with them!
Ugh. Horrible aggressive sales lady. Wouldn't let us look at frames until getting our personal info. Obviously on commission. Looked at one pair and left.
This is the nicest, most helpful group of people!
We're from out of town. My dad's glasses broke and was even missing part of the frame. Lenscrafters were able to fix the glasses and didn't even charge us. Customer service is awesome!! Thank you, thank you!
