RecommendedAwesome customer service!!! They ordered frames for me that I saw on the LensCrafters website that they didn’t have in store. That was Friday night. Yesterday (Tuesday), I get a text saying my glasses are ready to pick up. I was not expecting for them to be in and ready that quickly!! Picked them up this morning and I am absolutely delighted with how good the glasses look on me, as well as how much clearer I can see with them!
Thank you Dr Mark & Tara! Because of their thorough tests, an abnormality was discovered in my eye. Tara was extremely helpful explaining options for my lenses and finding frames I love. Overall atmosphere is friendly & professional. 🤓
Always a pleasure to shop here! Every time I buy a new pair if glasses/sunglasses, the staff is so helpful and will not stop helping me until I have everything I want or need in a pair of glasses. All of the associates are professional and polite. 6 stars!
