lenscrafters, unfortunately has been the worst eye care experience I've ever encountered. during my first visit I was pushed into glasses that I told the guy after fitting them that I couldn't see right and these dont match old glasses at all. he basically told me that my old glasses weren't even possibly made the way I said they were...so after going all the way home to retrieve my old glasses and then driving another 30 minutes back to show him he responded with "oh these are polycarbonate" then instead of just fixing the ... read more
Scheduled an eye exam for both my daughter and I. This is her first exam and their website says they see kids starting at 1. I get a call that they do not see kids until they are 7. If that’s the case why do you promote false information?
These people don’t care at all about your time. So disgusted with their service. Beware
Poor service. Staff is not very knowledgeable of what is going on in their four walls. Made an appointment, was refused service, even after I was told that all the prior requisites (insurance, online booking, etc.) had gone through. Wouldn’t have been frustrated if I had been given other options or solutions, as I was open to other forms of payment. Instead, I was outright refused in exchange for a walk-in. Just poor. Was given better service (same day) at Cornerstone.
I bought glasses and shades there last year for myself, my husband, and my mother without eye exam because the glasses there were great. Today I decide to go back there with my daughter this time for eye exam and to purchase contacts and glasses for the both of us the doctor was so rude and disrespectful I will NEVER in my life go back there or reccomend anyone at that store I could not believe it. A new doctor is in order for that store!!!
Dr.SOOD is the most disrespectful doctor I’ve come across I do not recommend his services to anyone.
Went last Saturday 3/4/17 to get glasses. Lady was very pushy and felt rushed. Told her my plan. Check out told glasses both pair in a week. Told not 1 hour as they say lenses not in stock. Get to work compare receipt to be if it's to see the messes up and overcharged. Call today 3/11/17 to check on glasses to find sunglasses had been ready few days and regular glasses not ready. Once you get someone to help you, they're great! But waiting for an hour before that happens is pathetic.
