I accompanied a family member to this location earlier this week. I was absolutely horrified with the curt attitude and dismissive way the front receptionist Bradley handled them. Not only was she rude, but she loudly discussed the insurance information of the person who I came in without asking them to approach the desk to talk in private in clear violation of HIPPA standards. This location needs more in depth training.
I believe the eye exam was good for my mom, but person fitting for glasses and explaining for glasses that's a No.
RecommendedDoctor was so thorough and explained things in ways I could understand. Staff were helpful and courteous.
