As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by Chad, who listened to me and was incredibly helpful with my selection of glasses. This was in great contrast to walking into the nearby Warby Parker store where no one approached me during the 10 minutes I was in the store, even though one of the workers wasn’t even helping anyone.
