The girl Esmeralda was very helpful when I walked in the store. She was very friendly and she made the whole experience very pleasing! She made me feel like I wasn’t talking to a sales person! Will stop by again to get my frames adjusted next time I’m in town!
Convienete location in mall with Great staff customer service and sales with assistance on 2 pairs ! Thanks Chad and Mark!
I was helped by Esme at the Washington Square location. What an excellent employee you have. This is my second encounter with her and I couldn't be more happy. She really knows how to give personalized customer service and makes you feel really cared for. I have had an excellent experience buying glasses with her help. She is a real asset to your store.
I had an appointment at 12:15, I called at 9:41 am and rescheduled to 3 pm, the person on the phone said no problem, we’ll see you here. When I get there the girl on the desk being so rude about me not being on the schedule and that she doesn’t know who I talked on the phone and they only have space until 3 hours later. I drive from home to come to the appointment and stop doing other things to come and they told me this!? This was my fist time coming in with you. Definitely not coming back or scheduling again
Had eye examine and got 2 pair of glasses less than 500. No insurance this was a better deal than Americans best by far!!
