I have been goi f to Lens Crafters at Washington Square Mall for years & I have had excellent experiences every time. This is what I love: Location- it is located right not too a mall entrance so you don’t have go deep into the mall to get there. The nose piece on my glasses fell off and was so very painful. Walked into Lens crafters and was greeted by Cassie. I explained why I was there and she was so very friendly and helpful. She was able to replace it and I walked out one very happy person. Thank you Cassie!!!!
