Awesome. Friendly and helpful.
The staff here is great everyone greets you with the smell soon as you walk through the door. The process is quick but the service is excellent. The entire office staff gets five STARS from me. I’d recommend this location to any and everyone that needs an exam and or fitted for new frames and lenses.
I was not at all pleased with the customer service of lens crafters. I ordered a pair of glasses and it took over a month for them to come in. No one ever seems to know what is going on and they seem to lie a lot to cover their shortcomings. I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and have never had such an unpleasant experience as I have had at lens crafters. I will not be purchasing from them again.
They wrote the wrong prescription for my daughter's contacts and when she received them, she notified them of their mistake and they advised she come back in and pay for another contract lens exam for their mistake! She's currently out of the money she spent because her contacts are useless and I'm still waiting a week later for a call back from the doctor!! Horrible customer service!!! Currently in search of another optical clinic....any suggestions??
They are horrible with customer service and lack a sense of urgency when trying to help their customers. They do not care about servicing customers, they care more about their sales. Good luck with trying to get them on the phone, because you’ll probably have to call a good three times before they answer. They’ll explain useless pieces of information that you already know to make you feel dumb so that they can distract you from your real problem! And completely overpriced! Don’t waste your time nor money!!!
The young women in retail where super helpful and made sure I got the best bang for my buck. The dr was super helpful and reassuring. I always dread the dr, the eye dr, and the DMV. This experience totally changed my outlook!
