My wife and I had exams an purchased glasses here. The doctor was very friendly and thorough, addressing any questions we had. The rest of the staff was also very helpful in choosing glasses and giving us the best recommendation on lenses. We both really like our new glasses and we will be back again.

Horrible Customer Service – The doctor here is great! He was very nice and took a lot of time to answer my questions. However, their customer service is horrible. I had a contact eye exam which includes a free trial pair of contacts (which they were out of). I has been over a month and I still don't have my trial pair of contacts. I have called every week to see if they are in yet. I get the same story, "Oh not yet try again next week." Today I called their corporate office to file a complaint. 650.00 glasses broke 5 months later no warranty – Going to lenscrafters has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I pride myself on my consumer choices and i truly believed you get what you pay for, until now. I spent 650.00 on a pair of glasses and the frames broke in 6 months. They were not stepped on or traumatized in anyway, they just fell apart one day. The store manager said the best he could do was sell me another pair of frames for half price.
