Don’t go here! Way overpriced!!! They charge you for stuff that you didn’t order! Called and talked to the assistant manager and she was nothing but rude and snippy with me because she was mad that I asked her to go over why I was charged for something that I didn’t order! I was told I was gonna get my contacts shipped to my home and I my glasses with in 10 days. Don’t go there expecting good customer service. The assistant manager is beyond rude when having to do her job when your charges for things you didn’t ask for.
Went for my annual exam and the female optometrist gave me the wrong prescription it was so wrong I could Hardly see so I went back and had a really examination by aNother optometrist who told me my eyes have not changed and I did not need new glasses this after spending $600 for new glasses! no I am sorry no apologies no offer for a discount no nothing not even free eyeglass cleaner. I would recommend you find a different place for your eye exam
They said my classes would be ready in a week. I waited for 2 and half weeks without a word. Went in to find out what was going on, and was told twice to sit, like I was a dog. Was asked by the same person, 3 times what my name was, at that point I wanted my money back. That took 3 times to explain as well, as he was not interested in what I had to say. The staff at LensCrafters were very polite and professional with me, I had no issues with them at all and they taught me some new things about my eyes I never knew. I will be going back as a repeat customer. Thank you lenscrafters and staff.
Worst customer service EVER! Had 17 days until a new set of frames could be covered under insurance and the woman working couldn't offer any reasonable solution of how to make the glasses work either by taping, etc. Her only solution was for me to spend $ on a whole new frame when it would be free of charge in a little over 2 weeks. Definitely not helping the customer and her attitude was terrible to boot! Will not go back!
