I was blown away by the customer service we received in store. Susan went above and beyond to get my 2 sons and I what we needed. I am not sure the man’s name that was filling frames in the back, but he also went above what he needed to in order to get my son in new glasses ASAP after his broke. I am seriously thankful for the friendly and professional service we received both in the clinic and in the store. We will definitely be loyal customers after our visit yesterday.
I’ve been buying my glasses at this LensCrafters location since it opened in 1981 and it’s still the best place ever to buy glasses and it’s in the best and most convenient location ever! I highly recommend this LensCrafters store!
They do not keep their word!!! I Do not trust Lens Crafters at the Citadel Mall, Charleston. They do not honor their word, they do not communicate. I bought glasses that I was promised a week ago, and again promised yesterday and still no glasses, and no communication. Glasses are paid for!!!
I’ve been purchasing my glasses from LensCrafters in Citadel Mall since I was a child. They have the best selection of frames of any place I’ve shopped and I’ve always been extremely pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.
Great selection of eyewear. Lots of frames to choose from and I like the fact that they are ready in an hour. I always buy my glasses here. Very convenient and great location.
I love the LensCrafters at Citadel Mall. I've been buying my glasses here since the mall opened in 1981. I appreciate the fact that LensCrafters realizes the convenience of Citadel Mall and has kept this location here. It's truly THE best and most convenient location in Charleston and I will always be a customer!
