Made an appointment, but had to wait almost a half hour past my appointment time before I was seen. I just need to update lenses and they’re taking their sweet time to help me. They’re very disorganized and slow

Not only is the exam a little more expensive here than a few other places I’ve been to, but they will not mail or email your prescription to you. I wasn’t aware that my contact prescription would not be approved until I told the doctor if I like the trial lenses or not. Now they’re saying I can go back in or have it faxed to me. (This is 2018. I don’t know anyone that has a personal fax machine.) I’ll just go somewhere else next time.
I hate it, the wait is almost 2 hrs. Last time we're here, we end up spending 3 hrs.... Terrible service
