I took in my glasses today to have them adjusted. The woman there told me they were not responsible for any damages, then proceeded to crack both of the lenses after attempting to adjust my glasses for all of 60 seconds. I am very dissatisfied with their service and would NOT recommend anyone go to LensCrafters. I have had my glasses adjusted at Warby Parker many times and never had this issue.
RecommendedMy shades' right temple was broken. Its hinge was detached and lost crews. Good thing LensCrafters helped us screw that back together for free! The crafter was really accommodating and helpful. Such a nice experience for little favors like this one.
