Horrible customer service! Will not be going back
Very disappointed. I took my friend to get eye exam, frames, contact lenses and lenses for new frames. After a bill of about $700 they told her that they only had ONE LENS!!!!!! She had to wait 10 DAYS!!!!! REALLY?????? How can they only have ONE LENS. I thought that frames had TWO. Whatever happened with the ONE HOUR advertisement???. Why couldn't they get an OVERNIGHT from another store???? It took me a YEAR to convince my friend to go to LensCrafters. The lab technician was NOT very pleasant either.
