RecommendedGreat doctor and staff. Friendly staff and doctor, treated me very well.
Poor customer service, poor communication and appointment times not honored. Wait times are ridiculous just to even check in, and worse to see the doctor. Delays are not communicated and the staff are not concerned with patient's time or other commitments that are impacted by the delays.
Several pairs of sunglasses have had the UV protection peel and become spotty. The office cannot help. You know there is a problem when one lens peels. You really should make good when glasses are several hundred dollars. Maybe I did not see the right person. Lesson learned
5 Star+ Awesome!! Best opticians I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here about 8 years. Staff are amazing and ophthalmologist Carolyn Novak is the only optician I trust. I struggled with poor vision since childhood and never had proper prescription until Carolyn tested my eyes.
Try not to refuse customers of purchasing contacts when their prescription hasn't even expired yet. Glad I was able to order them elsewhere. Worst service I have ever experienced.
Great experience. Angela, the Manager, was very friendly and professional. Dr. Novack was efficient and very professional as well.

The waiting is ridiculous. They take you in for half of your appointment (so you’re committed and can’t leave). Then you wait 40 minutes to see the doctor. Bulls***t
