Was lied to, several times. When I called them on it they said it was a "miscommunication". They kept putting it off on someone else. Then, when I went to take my glasses back because I was fed up they said they had tried to call me more than once with no response. When I said I never received a call they said they must have the wrong number. Funny, because my number is what they asked for to look up my account and that worked just fine. I will NEVER use them again!
