I have to tell you that they are absolutely awesome!! The eye doctor attached to them was fantastic they helped me to be seen without an aptwere curtious and quick!! I can not say enough good about them!
I have worn glasses almost my entire life. I have never had a problem here. Everyone complaining about the service needs to understand that they are working with other people to make sure the glasses are correctly fitted to the person. It's all about eye care. It's the same as for regular doctor. Just be patient.
My husband and I went there at 10a.m, yesterday to get new glasses. The sales person showed us some and then just left us standing there alone. There were actually three sales people but no one bothered to try to help us. After about 15 minutes we left but no one even bothered to ask if there was something they could help us with. Because of the poor customer service they lost our sale of two new pairs of glasses
