I had an appointment at 11am. I am writing this review at 1153am. I have not been seen by the optometrist. Nor do I imagine I will be. The staff is beyond rude and couldn’t care less about your time. I enjoyed watching the doctor walk around. Did I mention how there was 1 person ahead of me and the place is pretty much empty? Cause it was. I guess if your coming here plan to be here for about 2-4 hours per person.
Very disappointed in the customer service. especially when the manager raises her voice at you from across the store.
RecommendedI was in Tulsa and my glasses broke on Sunday. I needed to drive to OKC on Monday morning for work. They fixed glasses that I thought couldn’t be fixed and didn’t charge me!
Professional & helpful.
Great people! More frame options would make it a 5.
